1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
The customer must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
2. Return Request Process
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 minnishoppy@gmail.com
Mention your order ID and attach the unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items without unboxing video.
Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse.
5. Rejected Returns
Returns that don’t meet the above conditions will be rejected. The item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
