1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued only for items found damaged or defective.

An unboxing video is mandatory for refund consideration.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refund Process

Once verified, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed & amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Partial or No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

No unboxing video provided.

Item returned without original packaging or used condition.

Item not defective.
