All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take 3–5 business days.
Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
We currently ship inside India
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
Some items (e.g., fragile or oversized products) may require additional shipping fees.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable).

We will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost/stolen packages if the tracking shows “Delivered.”

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused), we will contact you.
Reshipping fees will apply if you want the order resent.
